The IDEAL Role with the IDEAL Benefits

IDEAL AGENT® team members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance and Ideal Agent® contributes 100% to employee coverage. Paid Time Off
IDEAL AGENT® Team Members accrue two weeks of PTO each year along with six predetermined paid holidays; PTO can be rolled over from year to year. Annual performance reviews are connected to incentives such as additional PTO days. Team members have the potential to earn up to an additional 10 days of PTO on a calendar year basis.
IDEAL AGENT® sales team members have an uncapped commission-earning potential with a monthly bonus in addition to monthly contests. Earning through bonuses is based on individual performance that is tied back to company revenue targets.
All IDEAL AGENT® team members are eligible for 4 weeks, 100% paid for Parental Leave when expecting a new addition in their home.

Equity Appreciation Bonus Plan
From the first day of employment Ideal Agent team members are eligible for a phantom stock plan that awards employees a unit measured by the value of a share of IDEAL AGENT’S common stock, based on every dollar of compensation that is earned. As an IDEAL AGENT® Team Member, you may also participate in our traditional 401(K) and Roth plan through Employee Fiduciary.
We are a Tampa-based company and plan to continue to scale our headquarters here in Tampa and give back to our community as we grow. Community service is ingrained in our culture. As a team, we volunteer at local non-profit organizations a minimum of once every other month. We donate not only our time but also make financial contributions as well to the local organizations we partner with.
